Pros

Some good people genuinely trying to make a difference. Decent benefits and hybrid work policy.

Cons

Career Progression is Effectively Frozen: Promotions have become rare to nonexistent, with leadership quietly shelving development plans. Internal mobility is heavily restricted — no matter how qualified or motivated you are, you’re likely to be told to “wait” indefinitely. Toxic Management Culture: Feedback is rarely acted on, and decisions are often driven by internal politics rather than merit. Management can be dismissive, especially when employees raise valid concerns about growth, structure, or fairness. High performers are either leaving or quietly disengaging. There’s a noticeable morale decline, and most people are just “coasting” until they find their next job.

Pros

There is a Kinda Game of Thrones atmosphere which is great as Leaders are busy keeping their places safe

Cons

Who is going to the office 2 days per week? I haven't seen the Londoner Only a select few; newbies and preaks. It's crucial to double-check the arrangements regarding this policy. Moreover, we are fuming. We stayed during bad times, and now we are not receiving any recompense. Many employees remained loyal and committed during challenging periods, sacrificing their comfort and flex. Despite this loyalty, they feel overlooked and undervalued, as there has been no acknowledgment or reward for our dedication. Booking.com one of the hottest plces to work in the uk? We believe the hottest place is Wayne's position. Some individuals who were compensated under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) have since disclosed confidential information' such as Lesly. It appears that those with personal connections—be it friendships with Leandro and Wayne are now making a return, raising questions about fairness. Be Lesly, get the money, talk about it, come backs as CR agent and start as a manager. We have been here during these tough times. Regarding another comment about Wayne treating his employees as kids; It is true because he has milked more than one. The leadership approach seems patronizing to many, where employees feel they are not treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. There's a growing sentiment that this dynamic is detrimental to morale and productivity. By shedding light on these issues, we can start to address the concerns that many employees are facing in our work environment.

Pros

- Compensation across the Netherlands - Good office

Cons

- Be prepared to be hired in one role (e.g. Machine Learning Engineer) but do tasks related to other roles (Perl and Java backend development) - Management is not able to align with the tasks so you might spend time doing a useless job - Legacy technology stack - Huge bureaucracy load on employees including many completely useless meetings - Personal opinion of a single manager may kick you from the company - Although they are always talking about employee protection, nobody (including top management) actually cares about what is going on when your manager personally dislikes you
