The employees were nice and friendly

The HR practices and strategies, especially during Covid 19, made everyone redundant. which caused utter disengagement of employees, they were aware that everyone was losing their jobs, and they still had to work, it became a totally toxic work culture, stressful workplace, Impaired employee well-being

Genuinely nice teams of people to work with. Very smart and passionate people. Very successful business, gives a sense of pride. Excellent brand to hire for, very attractive to candidates. Really strong benefits packages. Very flexible and family friendly.

Cons

Can be chaotic, everything is fast paced with a variety of tools and varying complexities across different locations and entities.

Data culture is excellent, experimentation is advanced.

Cons

In some departments LTs switch different configurations of managers and reorganize teams every half of the year or so. For individual contributors this might be really annoying
