Informal, cozy and friendly environment. Beautiful offices. Great company values and people. Amazing and unforgettable parties! People diversity that gives strength to the organization. Great Learning and development opportunities for employees.

Cons

Salary and HR (e.g. lack of or poor feedback and support, not very well prepared employees, unnecessary delays).

Pros

World-standard. Better than most companies in Thailand. Respectable principles and work ethics. Play so hard, work even harder. (Not me, though.) Hands-on. Open so many doors and experiences.

Cons

Workplace politics, of course. It's a part of the package.
