      I've been 10 years in this company one of the highlights that I can give is that this company truly values you as an employee. I have had the opportunity to grown in four different positions and develop myself. the company is fast-paced and whit a lot of opportunities to develop yourself. the core beliefs and the values of the company are reflected in every decisions that the company takes.

      Cons

      Compared to 10 years ago we are no longer a startup which can be confusing for some people as we are not growing are the same level as before.
