Good Company to Work For

Pros

Great benefits for long term employees. Competitive salery for most positions. Management is dedicated and seems to really care about their employees.

Cons

Large company based in Mexico with mixed messages from local management and corporate in Mexico. Company seems to go through a lot of changes and down sizes when economy slows down.
