Pros

Company had relatively good benefits, some internal support structure and training. Operating in multiple countries allowed diversity in companies future.

Cons

Constant turn over of key personnel and managers. Seems like every 3-6 months some type of upper management restructuring happening, new job titles for the same job. No long term loyalty to the employees, outsources as much as possible.

Pros

Lots a training and more training so they pay you for training and more training. They provide food at the training. No weekend work. They don't know what you do they look at numbers. Decent company car provided. Good benefits. Good life work balance.

Cons

Too much training, low pay, low moral, no leadership, no promotions, low pay increases, your are a number not an appreciated employee, unorganized upper management, you train your manager, no improvements made. Even if your doing a great job no one will tell you. If your doing horrible job no one will tell you. Promotions are based on time with the company not promoting the best employee.

Pros

They produce a quality product. Employees are loyal to the company. The benefits.

Cons

Don't take care of their employees that are hurt on the job, as far as Worker's Comp is concerned. Supervisors use the employees as scape goats when issues arise and someone needs to be held responsible. MSHA has given them negative ratings with almost every inspection.
