benefit is good. due to business loss to acquiring rinker, cemex has to live with high debt. don't know when it will be better.

Cons

unprofitable due to high debt.

lots of O/T home every day, made $50.000 working weekends and O/T

Cons

management not good. they set a time for you to come work in the morning, then send you home after working two hours and tell you to work the night shift in a different plant driving a truck from that plant
