Pros

The position gives you great experience in Inside Sales with good sales training.

Cons

The lead management team is lackluster in creating leads based on the regions each employee has been assigned. The upper management is also not sure as to where the department is headed since they change policy every other month.

Pros

If you are a Mexican or Spanish speaking male, fine. Good for entry level roles and training. Great opportunity to reach out to those global networks and learn how things operate in othe countries. Karls seems to be the opposite of all the cons I list, so I am holding on with the hope it can change. The company has some real social ethos at a global level they don't get enough credit for.

Cons

If you are a female, certain upper management - who control all decisions - can't even comprehend that you could be an engineer or field construction professional. Drive a loader? Ha. They still think there is a 3rd joystick there. That attitude results in judgements made based on perceptions, and minutia, not the numbers and performance. Men are promoted in operations and legal, women are second class and treated poorly. Paranoia, secret networks, suppressed information, way worse than any other big company I have ever seen.
