Large company with a presence all over the world.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement. They tend to hire management from outside the company or country. Huge debt and debatable plan to fix the problem.

None. You really are just wasting your time.

Cons

All american workers are getting kicked out. Wouldn't want to stay though. Mexican management styles do not work in Texas.
