Interesting hands on work, a lot of company trips at the beginning.

Cons

As an engineer you will get paid for 40hr weeks but be expected to work 55-72 hour weeks. Often will have to work non stop for 25-40 days with 1 day off every 13 days. Zero work life balance, very negative atmosphere.

For this company, a plan engineer is worth less than a field operator.

I cannot think in any pros

Hellish hours. When you start working here you are on call 24/7 any day, and of course no overtime payment. The payment is really low for the harsh work environment and hours The culture of the company is toxic The bonus is really bad if you get 4% it was high. For this company, a plan engineer is worth less than a field operator. Do not come here to work as an engineer you will do hard labor for long hours and probably a field operator from the union will make more than you with more benefits
