Employees are nice and friendly, some level of fexibility at work depends on departments. Benefit is O.K., but not the greatest.

Cons

Not a very family friendly environment, there is no enough vacation time, so it will be hard for working parents.

Great training ground for new employees but limited upwards mobility

Pros

Global company with global opportunities. Growth focused and market share driven. Decision making can be fast only if the idea comes from the top.

Cons

Very centralized organization. Politics is rampant. Communication across departments and/or business units tend to be limited with little transparency. Unsure now if growth strategy through excessive leveraging is working. Top management not readily accessible. No loyalty to employees unless part of the inner circle and in return employees have no loyalty to the organization.
