Cons

No room for advancement, you have to know someone in the company, no matter how qualified you are they’ll give supervisory/ management roles to people that doesn’t even have a GED

Somewhat care about advancing in the company. They give the impression that they will support you if you are wanting to transition to a different role. Benefits are also pretty decent for this type of company/industry Good work life balance until they want to change that model
