I quite do not find any and got to be honest about it.

Cons

- Clueless Corporate Management runs business such a way that keeps people working 14 hours at a regular day and beyond that for any other major issues - Extremely negative environment in plant level culture - Plant management has no leadership skill that takes tremendous toll on the people who work in the floor. They provide zero guidance, empathy or even caring for their folks working in the front line - Disrespectful attitude in everywhere from top to down - They make people work double the time and during annual raise they only give peanuts, hardly 2.3% increase

Benefits and 401k pretty good other then that not much good to say

Cons

Couple years ago was a great paying job, since everything has got higher its just a middle of the road job now and really aint worth the drive for the money anymore. Management is horrible, they ain't got a clue what's going on half the time and the way they handle things is whatever the dumbest thing they can come up with. Morale is horrible, everyone is leaving or looking to leave
