Pros

The people who work in the field at the plants including Drivers, equipment operators, and foreman have a spectacular working relationship with one another for the most part.

Cons

Operation's management style was to point-and-shoot at problems as they arose. Projects would fail because management would continuously take team members off task without considering the impacts of those decisions on project deadlines. There was also very little organization in command, at times, team members are expected to have multiple direct reports with conflicting issues and no resolution process in place.
