Workload is unreasonable for one person. Salary is way too low for the amount of work expected. Promotions are hard to come by.

Always on the move. Supports 5 mines in local area. Never "the same old stuff"

Cons

Being in the Maintenance Department, it seems kinda locked for upword mobility.

Hopefully your plant group are great peole, mine were.

Cons

Sleep deprivation, endless requests for information they can get themselves, lack of relationships btwn upper management and opetations, lots of PhD's, no operational experience
