Cons

Lack of training Upper Management wants to lead this company as if they were in Mexico If you want to growth within the company you better be from Monterrey, Mexico (upper class) or nothing It is a man industry, so ladies do not have a chance A lot of favoritism Poor salaries Upper management counting the pennies and spending the dollars in themselves
