Great Company, excellent pay, outstanding benefits
Cons
Unless working at corporate level, all positions are attached to an assigned client(s). Once assignment ends or moves to maintenence, employment ends unless YOU (not HR) can "find" a job within the organization. Severance is minimal. Consultant roles are like FT contractor w/benefits. I would not have accepted the role had I fully understood how the entire process works during tenure.
