      Management. There is a lot of voluntary turn-over due to the fact that people aren't compensated/rewarded when they do an outstanding job. They need to work on their talent retention.

      Pros

      Most of the people are hard working professionals and are very good (and have a strong desire to become better for themselves and the company and its stakeholders) at what they do. They are enjoyable to work with despite having to suffer the cons (below).

      Cons

      The general concensus on most management's skills seems to be that they do not manage well enough to be entrusted with one's career and evaluations. Open door policy does not exist and, as a matter of fact, you're putting your career at grave risk if you dare execute an open door meeting. Got the feeling that the management model was bipolarity.
