      Pros

      A paycheck, but very little personal or professional satisfaction - and that is because of the management, not the work. I have very little good to say about them and thy pay me well into six figures. terrible company.

      Management is untruthful on almost all levels. Only one-way communication from the top. Poor raises, no training. Constant turmoil in management. Very uneven reward system. Worst company I have worked for in 45 years!

      Great coworkers in my group.

      Cons

      Poor leaders with no real ethical backbone. You will be asked to do things like not record your overtime. Forget about raises. Your boss will be on vacation 50% of the time. You will not grow professionally and be underpaid without much appreciation.

      CGI is a horrible company to work for. When the State Department mandated workforce reductions, they didn’t utilize the traditional “last hired first fired”. Employees who were there for many years were terminated while employees who were only there a few months were allowed to stay. When asked how they made selections, they refused to answer. They didn’t provide any severance and they immediately terminated their medical coverage while a deadly pandemic is raging in the country. As a matter of fact, they weren’t even thanked for the years of dedicated service. They were just shown the door. Have you ever heard of treating employees like this? Welcome to CGI.--
