      A good stepping stone for those new to the industry.

      Cons

      A company happy to sell smoke and mirrors to clients and employees. A depressing place to work where the only focus is placed on profit with little value delivered to clients. A culture that allows for bullying and racism with minimal consequence for those who act in such a way. Thankless to those who put in the hard work to make the company better and work to deliver value. A truly miserable and soulless cooperation wrapped in a veil of excellence.

      Only Medical benefit in Company.

      Cons

      1) Less Salary compare to Market 2) Completely different work then what described in duties and responsibilities. 3) You need to do all manager's job and credit will be taken by them along with bonus. 4) at the end of year for performance review they always create block in your career to move forward.
