      Rewarding work, but not great management.

      Pros

      Working with some very talented people, working with interesting clients.

      Cons

      Workload was insane, low compensation (loyalty like many companies feels punished), management do not understand that developers aren't interchangable and don't always hit the ground running. Felt like the company just needs to get rid of Director Consulting Services for development activities and hire Engineering managers to interact with clients. Lots of turnover and training newbies on the project became tiresome making it hard to achieve deadlines. Paying mediocre salaries gets mediocre talent. If you want a good salary here make sure you negotiate it before you join.

      - Paychecks clear - Average benefits (but nothing special) - Some interesting work to be done

      Cons

      - Massive woke ideology to the point of a cult-like adherence to DEI, ESG, etc. nonsense - The company treats people like children with "wellness sessions," "book clubs," etc. - There's a massive, massive, massive amount of wasted money on useless efforts from HR - Company clearly does not hire the best & brightest - Company entered acquisition mode since they cannot be creative any more

      None. The only good thing about the job was the client, as their work was interesting and their influence was awesome encouragement. I think I got a sick day...Once.

      Cons

      Poor Management Poor Pay Poor Work/Life Balance (24/7 was required a few months after starting, but wasn't mentioned during the interview). Please avoid this company at all cost. Any positive review is worthy of suspicion. I worked on a high enough level I got to see the discussions held about my own position and, somehow, management was none the wiser. "He'll do whatever we ask him to. We're cutting his check." - My Manager to my Director about me (from his phone, via Google Chat), not realizing he was still logged into his laptop I was currently working on.
