Great pay, good benefits such as free shares, profit sharing and a generous pension scheme. Get to work on important projects such as national infrastructure/defence. Almost always stick to core hours and any overtime asked for will be paid up to double rate.

Cons

Can be difficult to move roles within the company. Job roles often very focused/specific to project with narrow scope. Not easy to gain transferable skills.
