      Good Work Life Balance and Good skills to be learnt if on a good project.

      Pros

      Very good work life balance. Can work from home on a lot of projects. Get to work with senior clients Very good exposure if you are junior. Uses lots of best practice to get the job done.

      Cons

      Lack of Monetary progression. Lack of investment in training young people. Constant fear of being on the bench
