      Pros

      The pay is decent for a recent graduate. The people are really nice and really want you to learn. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Having the opportunity to travel is nice.

      Cons

      The benefits are great, but expensive. Depending on the projects that you land on, you could work LONG days. The pay could be better.

      Service oriented company hence you will be pushed into support jobs Sometimes delayed allowances. Managers expect you to work overtime ,though your work is not much appreciated.
