Pros

401k and Stock Plan are not bad. Medical is decent. If you are comfortable with not knowing what you're doing and jumping into a new project there's plenty of room to grow.

Cons

Management does not have morale as one of the things they should be interested in. EG: PMs will repeatedly agree to client wishes/changes without understanding the change or impact on personnel and timelines; then expect the 'slack' to get picked up out of thin air. The only reason projects succeed is due to near heroic efforts of some to get the job done. Turnover is also high for the same reason. Many contracts (new bid and incumbent bid) were lost due to new HUGE overhead costs that are baked into proposals.

Pros

None. The work environment and office culture is terrible, especially if you are an IT professional with prior experience. Management treats everyone as though you are incompetent.

Cons

This is the worst work environment that I have ever been in: - work hours are ridiculous; expect 15 hr days - expect to be micro-managed - management is not "open door" - several "clicks" exist

Pros

Nice company for start ups those are from college directly.

Cons

If your manager wants to replace you due to discrimination , then they will ask you for resignation. If you don't, then they will send you to special program and they will make sure you will fail it, eventually they will terminate you in 30 days. So when you asked to resign, then just resign. Do not fight with any one. You should be ready any time to get another job. They advertise that they do not have any lay-offs in order to get good share price. But they will terminate you silently with out any severance. You should have more time, money and other resources to go to a law suit. Please do not join if you have experience of 5+ years. and be ready for all those things said above.
