Seniors are helpful and supportive better than Indian counterparts if you get onto some good technology You will be respected some good perks

Cons

lots of workload and hectic shift schedules will keep on changing. No proper shift allowance after logica acquisition lots of chaos in organization lots of people leaving the company due to insufficient allowances
