You can learn how to work in extremely stressful environment and make good friends. Also gain experience in telco industry.

Cons

They see the employees as a farm animals. Whet it is close to salary increase, they (Especially CSB (Bell TV)) start to do round tables to find/create all negative things for people and make you feel invaluable.
