Pros

Smart and intelligent coworkers, really fun happy hours, fruit and coffee, ping pong table, training opportunities, lots of healthcare options, cell phone paid for, PTO allowance helps for great work-life balance. Cachematrix is just overall a really fun place to work with great people and great opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons!

Pros

I have no pros for this company

Cons

I had hired as a contract to hire. During interview process, I was assured that I would have flexibility in working from home. This turned out to be a lie. Moreover, some employees who worked in my area were able to work from home. Flexibility for some. Not others. This company lies and cannot be trusted.
