Location is great The decor is beautiful Don't have to work after 2pm most days Lots of room to find/make your own workstation, since almost everyone left

Cons

This company has become a tech dinosaur. They are complacent Doesn't consider mobile or tablet industry as a value industry to pursue Looking for the highest bidder Business Policy has converted from quality to quantity, thus moving the entire development team to India

Lots of room to play in the office since it's only 1/2 full. Lots of room to mess around in. Take long lunches since VPs and Managers are barely in the office Get to do what ever you want

All of development moved to India No dot.net architecture No SQL architecture ~ oh yes, ran everyone else out that was
