I am currently working at Cachematrix Bangalore office and it has been a true rewarding experience. Lots of new learning and plenty of support from Management to try out new things and improve continuously. Very friendly staff across all teams here. Software development processes and tools are very matured compared to rest of the industry, in spite of being a small company. A great place for people who love challenges and willing to work hard and explore new ideas.

Cons

Priorities sometimes change too often. This seems to be because of the nature of business, but I feel can be made better.

Cachematrix has provided me with ample opportunities for both professional and personal growth. I have always had open communication with senior management and like the direction that Cachematrix is heading. Work/life balance is great and the benefits are unlike any I have heard from friends at other companies. I appreciate being able to have an actual impact on outcomes that I may not otherwise have at a larger organization.

Cons

Sometimes the industry as a whole drives the products and possible innovation and the industry can be somewhat cautious and slow to adapt.
