Pros

Great place if you are starting in your career. There are a hand full of great managers that will help you grow. Plenty of educational incentives.

Cons

Not much room for growth if you are in a higher position. A lot of politics that sour the work environment. Teams are blamed for issued caused by upper management thus causing a high turn over. Support from your superiors is very minimal. Contract to full time hire employees are given empty promises of position and pay, only to be given less pay and a lower position. Work life balance can be difficult as the schedules are usually client driven.

Treated as just a number. The company has a way of making you feel very invaluable and easily replaceable

Pros

Good place to work if you have adquired experience somewhere else - you will be given freedom to apply your experience. Good opportunities given to young people. Opportunities to work on large international projects.

Cons

Bad place to work to gain experience from peers - lack of experienced technical architects. Most projects don't go further than DD. LACK of standards (REVIT, CAD, etc)... everybody does whatever they want. Everything is different from project to project... from sector to sector. LACK of quality control. Promotion process not transparent. Very few promotions on young staff, but a lot of promotions on the higher ranks.... where logic tells me it should be the other way arround. Lot of personal rotation. People seem to move along after 3 years or so...
