Pros

They give you the possibility to learn through multiple platforms, internal trainings, and they pay some certifications

Cons

The software engineers are the last of the pyramid. Expect to see the salary so lower in the market. You work for 9 hours not 8 because the launch time in not included. Expect to move to the client side also if you live in another state. That’s why don’t trust the position on the job offer because you have to move the the client side also if you live on another US state. The trainings and also the work projects don’t respect your time zone if you work from remote, and they don’t always assign you to projects in the time zone where you live. They don’t care about your career, you can’t decide to be a Front-End or Backend or mobile or cloud engineer. As a new hire with some years of experience they don’t try to continue the path that to have and they put you in random client/projects that you really don’t like to work. Expect also to works more then 8/9 hours of work. This company is only good to start as Software Engineer and after 2 years look to work for another company with a good competitive salary with more benefits

Pros

They care about their employees and it's a great place to grow and learn. Remote working is very nice. Leadership is always looking for ways to help.

Cons

Internal promotion doesn't lead to much compensation in pay. Yearly bonus is very low relative to salary. Hours often are expected to exceed 40 billable productive hours per week.

Pros

Capgemini as a organization is good and you will get benefits which company offers . Like you will get salat on time and free skill training etc

Cons

My Comments are based on my experience on DCX business Unit. I was prt of Capgemini for over 5 years. I would not recommend anyone to join this BU as a lateral entry . You will find any startup company better than DCX D365 BU. - You will never get promoted unless you are part of their politics. - Pathetic HR , will always ask you to fill so called anonymous pulse servey but will never act on it. - I managed team with 1 rating for more than 3 years and suddenly was put on project to handle night customer calls .So you can be assigned to any project forcefully if you are not buttering the Boss - Practically Indian DCX D365 BU works like any staff augmentation org , all requirements finalization and solution design is done by Onshore Team and entire offshore just works like working on different company's payroll. - You will get your relieving letter and experience letter on time only when you are lucky, I had to escalate to highest level to get my relieving & Experience letter. - IJP (internal job posting) is controlled by DCX directors very well, I was denied despite I was eligible for this. - There is no way to get help beyond BU your all queries will end there only.
