      None I can think of...

      I was in the Digital Transformation unit (FSBU)...total body shop...doesn't matter what intelligence u have to offer, senior mgmt is solely concerned w/billable hrs and bonuses...internal emails entitled "URGENT" (u know what I mean)...some abusive behavior towards jr ppl...some ethically questionable sales practices...no career advancement unless u r in on it...if u r based in India and want to get to the U.S. this might be place for u otherwise avoid in favor of a real consulting company....

      Training even on Saturday...

      Spacious Office campus n good cafeteria food...nothing much to mention as Pro

      Cons

      1.Training department doesn't care about new joiners...not even women employees...make them stretch till 7:30pm to 8pm even though on Saturdays. 2.The very first day of training, an employee from training department told that " I DON'T CARE where u come from and how far your home is..you have to stay at office till 7:30pm everyday"(FYI: The last company logout us leaves at 7pm).

      Decent salary, lot's of opportunity to offshore American jobs to India, although I'm not sure that's a positive as now I am out of work....

      Cons

      Before considering this company based on reviews, make sure to disregard reviews from "current employees" as they are planted here only to make the company more attactive as a place to work.. If you live in America and are offered a job by Capgemini in America, plan on a short stay as they are highly focused on outsourcing to India and they are not helpful in finding new opportunities within the company. Management could care less about hard work of their teams as they are focused only on getting promoted...
