-No Investment in employees -Brought skills from 2 big four companies and Capgemini never saw it fit to invest in me or others with training to maintain our skills -Very much operates like a contracting company rather than a consulting company in the USA -Management is pitted against employees with expenses and time off (horrible managment practices and expense policies for sold projects). Penny pinching on basic expenses in full effet.

I would stay away from this company. They hire like mad, then layoff most of the new hires. I was brought to drive a department and was made promises. Cap lied to me, about everything. I believe they are having financial problems. The day before we were supposed to get bonuses they made us wait a month. The same thing on pay raises, which were ridiculous. Additionally, employees will back stab you to make sure that you don't get credit for you what you do. It is all about utilization, while departments have the same objective but in different groups and they all compete backstabbing one another to get the business. I have had 4 different bosses in 10 months.
