      Pros

      Contrary to what you see with people complaining about performance management being horrible, it's pretty much on par with other companies Great benefits and culture (though it's semi-team dependent) Good focus on giving early-career professionals broad scope and ownership (again, team dependent though)

      Pros

      I wanted to share some professional insights regarding my experience with the company to help provide a clearer perspective on the internal culture and opportunities. One of the major highlights is the quality of the campuses across the U.S.; they are incredible and often offer a much more professional environment than many community colleges. Regarding the work itself, your experience can vary significantly depending on the department you join. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work in three different areas: Refinance, Retail, and Sales. If you are lucky enough to be in Sales, I believe you will enjoy the role immensely. While Retail can be hit or miss depending on the specific location or team, I found the Refinance department to be both a great and rewarding environment to work in.

      While the framework has its merits, there are significant concerns regarding its consistency. Depending on the specific management style applied, reaching performance goals can either be a straightforward process or an environment where every minor action is over-scrutinized, potentially leading to negative outcomes for the employee.
