You'll work with some of the most talented people in financial services and get paid handsomely doing so. Capital One adopts the latest technology and processes to enhance its services. They make earnest efforts to improve diversity and inclusion.
Cons
I regularly worked 60-hour weeks, and that's the honest expectation in many departments. You are expected to be in 8 hours of meetings and then do a 4-hour day. I did it for a decade, my manager did it, and my team did it. If you're not working 60 hours, you will eventually be laid off, or performance managed out. Accept this, and you'll be fine.
