      Great money and benefits- 401k matching and salary plus yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Management ranks associates on a bell curve. Someone is always Inconsistent and will go on a PIP. From the PIP it is likely you will be let go. Every single thing you do is monitored with a report that your manager can view.
