      People are great Solid benefits (especially around mental health) Perks

      Cons

      Performance evaluation process is convoluted and forces employees into a bell curve, regardless of the true rankings. As a manager, it was difficult to be told that you needed to decrease someone’s rating because you had to put someone in a lower spot to meet quota.
