      Benefits are amazing - decent health insurance, on site wellness center, affordable gym with free weights and normal gym equipment, decent on site cafeterias.

      Cons

      Very perception driven company - if you’re not in with the “in crowd” you’re quickly ousted via the redeployment process. Constantly reorganizing and putting employers on pins and needles The leadership within certain areas of the company aren’t up to par as far as quality leaders and have no qualms sharing information they shouldn’t
