Pros

The Company overall is great. The Plano site does quite a bit to show appreciation to their employees from twice yearly activities for Associates (contractors not invited) to once yearly meetings with the CEO. On-site cafe's.

Cons

Favoritism within Management. Employee relations not helpful. No true advocates for employees who bring up concerns. Lack of appreciation within teams outside of Customer Service. They treat contractors like they are less than, even though they do the work of an Associate. Tenure means nothing.

Work/life balance is amazing. Teamwork is a must- everyone helps everyone achieve their career and business goals.

Compensation benefits could be better.
