+ Company doesn't understand agile or how to utilize it. This will leave you frustrated and could potentially jade you. + Company will underpay you for your work - your work isn't valued or paid for by anyone with real power + If you're good at your job, you will be overloaded and not compensated (see above) + Depending on LOB, you could have a good role or you could hate your job. + Job description and expectations are not aligned - you will be frustrated. + This is a bank - this is not a tech company. Expect to be treated as a peon who must say yes or be outcast by those who do your performance.

A very ugly culture. Managers here are abusive. HR does nothing but cover it up or tell you nothing is wrong to maintain the exterior of a model company. Toxic backbiting culture. Poor management/leadership. I do not recommend. Worst company I have worked for. They have the right idea in terms of what kind of culture they should create but they don't deliver. The turnover rates and passive-aggressive behavior leave much to be desired. Little chance to move up.
