Pros

Base Pay & Benefits, Resources at your disposal, like Mac, AWS and exposure every enterprise software you can imagine as a techie.

Cons

I've worked in technology companies all my life before joining C1 and trust me, there's not a single trait in this company to qualify remotely as tech company. * So called, distinguished engineers who hardly codes * Too much politics with way too many CBS walking around thriving on Here-say technique. Lies and un-ethical behavior during appraisal/calibrations * Awesome vision from top management but missed opportunity because of too many C grade players in middle management who believes in cronies culture

Pros

Benefits Vacation purchase plan On site health center Work from home

Cons

Not the company it used to be. Senior Management in certain departments needs to be overhauled. Some departments let you work from home while others frown upon it. You can be told that you can work from home due to lack of space but when you do you are then reprimanded for not being seen (basically out of sight out of mind). They are famous for getting rid of folks 45 and over so word of advice to those in that age group is to start looking for another job before they decide to let you go. Forced distribution in performance management is a joke. If your manager doesn't like you or fight for you then you will be the one at the bottom. Lots of fake people so be careful who you befriend and who you think you can trust.

Pros

Updated office space so you can cry in a fancy bathroom Great benefits - you will need them to see a therapist You can fund anything on corporate card!

Cons

Cut throat culture. If you are not part of the clique and your kissing rear end skills aren’t up to par, you will not survive. I repeat, you will NOT survive Be prepared to be surrounded by people who only pretend to know what they are doing.
