Pros

Friendly coworkers nice building free checking account

Cons

In the customer service role you have 3 minutes to handle customer concerns. Which is not long enough when answering the concerns of the customer. They often cancel your scheduled breaks due to call volume. It is almost impossible to schedule a day off . The quality team is unorganized and does not collaborate with the rest of the team.

Pros

Lots of young people, which makes an open-minded and active atmosphere; Big company, which makes it easy to switch between departments and learn different skills; Gym is good; Flexible hours, some teams allow you to work from home frequently as long as you get your job done;

Cons

Too many young people can mean lots of peer pressure, because these kids are too eager to show how smart and hard-working they are; Too many changes, and lots of them are unecessary. Every new VP will bring a "new" idea to the team, and after a couple of organizational changes you find yourself return to the starting point. Too many meetings in the department I used to work for. You can have a whole day's meetings, and still have a whole day's work waiting for you and due tomorrow. What do you do then? You work over the night and over the weekends.

Pros

Benefits, value diversity, promote an active and healthy lifestyle

Cons

The senior management team at my site doesn't value education. I'm currently pursuing my M.B.A. with a concentration in management. I will graduate in less than 10 months from a nationally/internationally accreditated private university. I have held numerous leadership roles within my site and i was looking to career path to the next level. I recently applied for a leadership/management position within my site, I wasn't selected for an interview and didn't receive any communication from the HR department or senior management team about the status of my application until the job posting had closed and a deserving candidate was chosen. I'm not saying that education is everything but I was the only applicant with an M.B.A.
