Capital One invests money back into their employees. The benefits package is good. Pay is good. Team building was awesome. Employees are professional.

Cons

You will work hard. Will sometimes have to work weekends and holidays.

promo process is a bit confusing, analysis paralysis, overstaffed in support roles creates too much red tape
