1. Performance management is extremely unfair and worthless 2. Management is extremely biased and feedbacks are extremely vague and useless for career growth 3. Full of passive aggressive, arrogant and condescending people who are full of themselves with their own ideas and opinions- those people always do ‘great’ and get promoted 4. Archaic and worst performance management system. They won't tell you at the time of hiring, but even with great performance you can be at the bottom. Delivery leads micromanage and try to squeeze every second of engineers time with no autonomy for engineers. Senior leaders are laid back, out of touch with tech and won't listen. Product org treats engineering organization like a slave.
