Great benefits. Room for growth, depending on dept. Decent bonus. 401k matching. FSA matching.

Cons

Performance Mgmt for reviews & bonuses is awful. People who do completely different work are competing for portion of bonus bucket because they have the same job title.

Cons

Like any company, the manager makes all the difference. I have had some great managers but recently have had a string of disappointment. Change is too frequent to gain any traction.
