Capital One really cares about their employees, at least in the line of business I was in. Pay is competitive, the benefits are great and they really focus on person developments of their employees.

Cons

No complaints from me, I really enjoy working here.

Pros

Incredible work life balance within this company. Working from home is never an issue, but you'll want to go into the office because it's fun. Lots of opportunity to pickup work outside of your main job.

Cons

Most of the work isn't challenging, if you want to be challenged you'll need to pick up side of desk work. I've heard mixed reviews about people in the TDP program. I was fortunate enough to be put on a good team, but others weren't so lucky.
