      The people are great, the work is challenging and rewarding, and the atmosphere fosters innovation and self-improvement without burning you out.

      Cons

      None yet. It's really a great place to work and if you're looking for a Software Dev job without going whole-hog on the crazy work schedules of tech unicorns, CapOne is great!

      Pros

      The people here are not only smart but are great to work with. I've only had positive experiences working with other people/asking for help. The work-life balance is pretty laid back and doesn't require you to put in an extreme amount of hours very oten.

      Cons

      Because it's not a tech company along the lines of Google, Facebook, etc. you don't really see the bleeding edge of technology always being built/used. It happens, but if you want a constant stream of new projects and problems this might not be the place to do that.
