      Used to be a good company

      Pros

      Most of the Pros that I would have once given are gone. Work conditions and salary are average.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch. Good leaders have all left. Refusing to embrace work from home now that it is no longer convenient for them. Talk nonstop about how customers pay 30% more however they pay employees less than other standard carriers. After the purchases of Firemans Fund and Chubb by ACE, they are struggling.

      Excellent underwriting knowledge. Making positive progress in D&I

      Cons

      Over loaded with poor systems and processes, many efficiency improvement initiatives are started and not finished but often reported as "completed" when they are not. The Organisations CEO has created a culture which results a fear in reporting the real status, upwards.
