      Pros

      As every company is, the team matters. If you're placed under a good team then you don't have to worry about anything. The work culture here is so great that there are people working for 30+ years. Your performance will be annually reviewed twice a year and you would be getting bonus and hikes based on your performance. You'll be receiving lots of goodies on special occasions. Team will always be there for any kind of assistance. It's been 1 year since I joined Chubb, India (Joined June, 2020). The support they provide with Covid19 assistance is absolutely amazing. Overall, I would say, Chubb is a great company to work with.

      It’s a job if you are desperate

      Poor raises and bonuses since ACE took over. legacy Chubb was very people focused and this new Chubb is completely opposite. ACE spun off AIG and is run just like AIG. Rudeness and bullying is the norm now.
